Julia trained at the Guildford School of Acting gaining a BA Hons. in Musical Theatre. During her professional theatre career, Julia appeared in many leading roles including; Jenny Dillingham in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Aspects of Love (Basingstoke, Haymarket), Peggy Patch in BBC's Playdays (UK Tour), Sally in Dr. Seuss the Musical (London, Old Vic) and Wendy in Peter Pan (Windsor, Imagination Theatre).


For the past ten years, Julia has worked extensively throughout Surrey and the South London area as a drama and singing coach. She has taught for many well known companies including; Perform Drama Workshops, Stagecoach Theatre Arts, Camberley Theatre, Waverley School (Wokingham), Langley Manor School (Langley) and most recently as drama co-ordinator at Danesfield Manor School (Walton-on-Thames). Julia also writes and directs her own shows for children and is an established LAMDA and LCM singing teacher.

Cheryl is also an established director and choreographer, Cheryl has been Artistic Director for Golden Egg Productions since 2006 and has most recently worked as a choreographer for Sony Playstation.

Cheryl trained in Performing Arts and Drama at Middlesex University. Since leaving she has worked as a professional performer, most recently completing an open air theatre tour of Robin Hood with Cambridge Touring Theatre. Her repertoire also includes The Cheshire Cat, Alice's adventures in Wonderland (Cambridge Touring Theatre), Titania and Helena, A Midsummer Night's Dream (Palketto Stage), title roles in the UK tours of Rapunzel and The Snow Queen (Golden Egg Productions) and various characters in The Mole Who Knew it was None of his Business (Kipper Tie). Cheryl is an experienced workshop leader and teacher working with young students in many areas of performing arts including drama, dance, singing and creative theatre. Cheryl has worked for the Shakespeare Schools Festival and regularly leads workshops as a supply drama/dance teacher in primary schools across London.

Jessica Duncan - Workshop Tutor


Jessica graduated from the Guildford School of Acting in 2012. Jessica has always been heavily involved in musical theatre and has appeared in many lead roles in amateur productions, the latest of which being Sarah in Our House: The Madness Musical. Since being at Guildford School of Acting Jessica has played Elizabeth in Robert & Elizabeth, Cassandra in The Oresteia, Alice in Alice In Wonderland, Maria in West Side Story, Gilmer in Godspell and most recently won a role in the prestigious new film of Les Miserables, starring alongside Hugh Jackman , Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway.. Jessica's professional credits include BBC's A Midsummer Night's Dream & Harry Potter. Jessica has taught at various different theatre schools including Redroofs Theatre School (Maidenhead) and Holybourne Youth Theatre (Alton) and is delighted to be a part of the team at Theatre4Kids.

 

 

 

Danielle Wake  - Workshop Assistant

Danielle Wake - Workshop Tutor 

 

Danielle trained at Redroofs Theatre School and Guildford College. She has diplomas in Performing Arts, Teaching Theatre Arts and Dance. She is currently studying for her dance degree at Chichester University and has been performing in amatuer plays and musicals since the age of 8. Danielle’s professional credits include Harry Potter, Midsummer Murders, TV shows for the Discovery Channel and multiple pantomimes. More recently Danielle has choreographed and performed in a professional music video for a new up and coming band. She also worked at Guildford Theatre School and Guildford Youth Theatre before joining the Theatre4Kids team.
