To enrol your child at Theatre4Kids, Basingstoke please download your application form. Once completed, return it to us together with a deposit of £25.00 to secure your child's place. Please make cheques payable to: Theatre4Kids
Once your application has been processed you will receive a Theatre4Kids welcome pack confirming your child's place, details of how to find us and what your child will need to bring along for the first session.
Your £25.00 deposit will cover a trial period of 2 weeks and is non-refundable. In the event that the school is full and you do not wish your child to put on the waiting list Theatre4Kids will happily refund your deposit. Flexible payment options for fees are available.

To enrol your child at Theatre4Kids, Esher please contact us to enquire about class availability and to receive your application form. Once completed, return it to us together with a deposit of £25.00 to secure your child's place. Please make cheques payable to: Theatre4Kids

The Personal Data included in the application form will be "processed" (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) by Theatre4Kids for the purposes of administration, research, the provision of teaching services, the organisation of events and for the administration of Theatre4Kids' statutory obligations under legislation relating to children. Theatre4Kids will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes. Theatre4Kids itself may use this information to provide marketing information.
