Terms and conditions
We respectfully request that all parents, guardians and students read and agree to the following terms and conditions and Theatre4Kids reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary by giving written notice.
1. An application for a place at Theatre4Kids will only be deemed to have been accepted if accompanied by the payment/transfer of the required deposit. Receipt of the application and deposit, at the time of application, will be confirmed in writing along with confirmation of a place if one is available.
2. Deposits are non-refundable unless two weeks’ notice has been given prior to the commencement of thecourse.
3. Should a place be unavailable for the required session, the student will be offered placed on the waiting list.
4. The initial deposit will entitle the student to a two week trial period, after which the subsequent fees to
complete the term will be due. Acceptance and payment of these fees will deem the student to be a regular
member of Theatre4Kids and the full notice period will be required should the student wish to leave
Theatre4kids.
5. Leaving notices should reach Theatre4Kids no later than the end of the 6th session of the term and all
notices must be received in writing. Failure to give the correct notice period in writing will result in half a term’s fees being due in lieu of notice. Acceptance of notices will be confirmed by Theatre4kids in writing.
6. A surcharge at the rate of 10% will be added to all accounts unpaid after the 6th session of the term. Theatre4Kids also reserves the right to refuse entry to any pupil whose fees have not been paid.
7. Fees will be reviewed annually in September.
8. Theatre4Kids reserves the right to exclude students from lessons at its discretion.
9. Theatre4Kids can only be responsible for the well being of the pupils during classes, we cannot be held
responsible for the safety of the children out of class time.
10. Theatre4Kids reserves the right to make changes to the classes and to the teaching staff whenever deemed necessary.
11. A copy of our child protection policy is available on request.
12. Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Theatre4Kids and its staff of any existing injuries or medical conditions.
13. Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Theatre4Kids can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
14. Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken for the sole use on the Theatre4Kids website and/or on any publicity material. Any student not wishing to appear in any publicity material must inform us in writing.
