Following the success of its first school in Surrey, Theatre4Kids is delighted to have opened its brand new school at Sherfield Park Community Centre, Basingstoke. The new £2 million community centre at Sherfield Park has excellent facilities including; a large hall with a wooden sprung floor, seated foyer area with café and ample parking.
So why not come along to one of our classes detailed below for a two week trial? All two week trials are included in the booking deposit of £25.00 and gives all potential students the opportunity really experience Theatre4Kids first hand.
Class Information
Our Theatre4Kids classes for 7 – 14 year olds take place on Tuesday 4.30pm – 6.30pm during term time. These two hour sessions incorporate training in the musical theatre disciplines of drama, singing and dance and are taught by professional practitioners with a wealth of experience in the industry. Students work together as a full company, they are also divided into their age-related groups – T4K Juniors for 7 -10 year olds and T4K Seniors 10 -14 years - to work on pieces of musical theatre appropriate for their age and ability.
Our T4K Tots class for 4 - 7 year olds operate on a Wednesday 4.00pm - 5.00pm during term time. These classes specialise in building confidence, co-ordination and giving an introduction into musical theatre performance.

Students participate in a variety of performance opportunities including end of term presentations for family and friends. Theatre4Kids pupils from our Surrey school have been recently been involved in the following; Theatre4Kids bi-annual showcase Step in Time at the Performing Arts Centre, Kingston Grammar School, Sunday Night Live at Her Majesty’s Theatre, charity concerts in aid of Shooting Star Children’s Hospice and the Walton Festival of Light
in association with Radio Jackie. Students have also been involved with recordings for BBC Surrey, Jetix and CBBC.
